Programs are credentialed annually using NCQA-aligned guidelines and ranked via a proprietary performance model. Using SRTR and CIBMTR data, we tier programs as Quality, Select, or Elite so you can identify top performers at a glance.
Specialty Network Access
Health plans gain access to specialized networks beyond transplant, including 31 Cellular Immunotherapy centers, 20 Cancer centers, and 25 Destination VAD centers. We also provide dedicated contracting for Congenital Heart Defects and high-cost Gene Therapy.
Claims & Repricing
Our analysts, possessing 9–20 years of transplant experience, provide repricing within 1–3 business days. We partner with specific facilities to manage complex billing, including organ acquisition, inclusions/exclusions, and case rate negotiations.
Education & Resources
We offer complimentary education programs for case managers that provide Certified Case Management (CCM) credits. These resources include Medical Round Tables and our year-long Reinsurance Integration Training (RIT) program.
